Upcoming Anime ‘The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar’ Releases First Teaser Trailer

With the latest update on the official website, the first teaser trailer for the upcoming anime The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar (Hyakuren no Haou to Seiyaku no Valkyria) is now available. The 33-second trailer only offers a quick look and it is not surprising. Furthermore, the official website confirms a July première for the anime.

Kōsuke Kobayashi (Alice or Alice) will serve as the director for the series. EMT Squared will be the production studio with Mariko Ito ( Log Horizon) providing character designs. Also, Natsuko Takahashi (Hakyū Hōshin Engi, Yuyushiki) will be in charge of series composition for the anime.

The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar – #1 Teaser Trailer

As the full schedule is not yet out so we do need to wait for a few more weeks for a confirmation the number of episodes. In all probability, this would be a 12 or 13 episode drama. J-Novel Club currently holds the copyrights to this series.

Official Synopsis

Some urban legends are best left untested! Yuuto Suoh gets more than he bargained for when he joins his childhood friend Mitsuki Shimoya in testing out an urban legend. When he uses his phone to take a picture of himself with the local shrine’s divine mirror, he is whisks off into another world – one heavily steeped in the lore of the old Norse myths. Using his knowledge gained from school and from his solar-powered smartphone, he has the chance to bring the Wolf Clan, the same people who cared for him, to prominence, all while earning the adoration of a group of magic-wielding warrior maidens known as the Einherjar.

Character visuals

The voice cast includes Koudai Saka for Yuuto Suoh and Rie Suegara for Felicia. We also have Arisa Date, Maki Kawase and Aya Uchida voice casting for Sigrun, Ingrid and Mitsuki Shimoya respectively.
